REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. 
You have 30 days after receiving 
your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your 
item must be:
— Unworn and unused
— In original packaging
— With tags attached
— Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Address
Once your return is accepted we 
will provide you with the return 
address and instructions.

Items sent back without first 
requesting a return will not 
be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately 
upon receiving it.

— Item is defective or damaged
— Wrong item received
— Item arrives in poor condition

We will make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
— Sale items
— Gift cards
— Personalised or custom products

Exchanges
To exchange an item return it 
first. Once return is accepted 
make a new purchase for the 
replacement item.

European Union — 14 Day 
Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping to 
the European Union you have the 
right to cancel or return your 
order within 14 days for any 
reason without justification.

Item must be unworn, unused, 
with tags and in original 
packaging. Proof of purchase 
required.

Pre-Orders
Full refund issued automatically 
if your pre-order cannot be 
fulfilled within 4 weeks of 
your order date.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect 
your return we will notify you 
by email whether your refund 
is approved.

If approved your refund will be 
processed to your original 
payment method within 
10 business days.
